Introduction
Futurefish respects each individual’s right to personal privacy.  It will collect and use information only in the ways disclosed in this statement. 

Part I.  Information Collection
Futurefish collect information from people who provide it through the Futurefish Web site and other means. Futurefish does not actively market to children, and will not knowingly ask a child under 16 to divulge personal information. Regarding the Web site, Futurefish collects this information through a registration form which collects personal information such as name, address, email address, telephone number, post code and date of birth.  Other information requested is optional. Futurefish does not use cookies to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. 

Part II.  Use of Information.
The information collected by Futurefish will be used for marketing purposes.  Users who provide information may receive communications, products, services, email announcements or advertisements from time to time.  Users have the option to not receive these or any other types of communications from Futurefish.
The information collected will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. Futurefish will not supplement information collected on its Web site with data from other sources.
Futurefish provides links to other Web sites.  Users are encouraged to read the privacy policies of other sites visited.  Standards may differ.
Users will be advised by email if this policy changes.  Users without an email address should check this policy from time to time.

Part III.  Access to Information.
Futurefish maintains the accuracy of its information by requiring users to validate their entries.  Users may request a copy of their personal information and correct inaccuracies. Users may request their personal information be deleted from the database.

Futurefish protects user information with SSL encryption.
